Let me lead into the question by clearly stating that I am NOT a doctor or psychologist of any kind. I come from a completely different school; “The School of Hard Knocks.” I’ve had my fair share of relationships, and they brought the invaluable lessons of life experience. Deciding to blend my experience and love of writing, with the mission of paying it forward, this concept was born.  

Life can throw you a curve ball every once in a while, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t learn how to hit it. What do I mean by that? It means no matter how bad life seems, you don’t lose courage and you get up to take another at bat. Until that one day, when you hit the curve and learn to turn those curses into blessings. We must keep swinging no matter how many times we have struck out before. And that goes for a break-up or learning to live outside of your comfort zones because that is a vital ingredient for success.

It is easy to get caught up in your own mind with expectations of happiness. But did you ever think that could be the exact reason why you are unhappy, or not getting the life you want? You must realize that your dreams can not take a certain form because it will leave you with no give, no opportunity for change, and no growth.

A breakup is a traumatic thing, I get it. It can effect some people to their core and until the end of their days. But you are not one of these people, and I will do everything in my power to see to it that you will not become one of these people. This IS that blessing. This IS that gift of change. For whatever reason you are feeling the way you are right now, trust me when I say that you do not have to. Time will pass and you can do nothing, or you can take charge and emerge a better, stronger you. The beauty.... That part is completely up to you. The healing process has commenced.
